Refund policy
The50Edit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that we are committed to providing high-quality makeup, skincare, hair care, bath & body, and beauty accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or purchased as final sale items may not qualify for a refund or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at juliana@the50edit.co.site with your order details and photos of the item. Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
The50Edit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
